Stay AWAY from Supersonic

DO NOT use Supersonic as an ISP. I moved from MWEB to Supersonic, fibre line already in place, and I have been trying to get my Fibre activated with Supersonic for DAYS. They are completely ***********, making mistakes at every turn and empty promises. They do not know how to communicate the correct information with Vumatel and they have no customers service. Their whatsapp line and phone line is useless as you cannot reach anybody and when you do they are not competent enough to assist. I will have to cancel my order now and start from scratch with another ISP after sitting for a week with no internet.
