STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC

Supersonic is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I requested a cancellation of service in mid December 2019, received a case number but till today 5 February 2020 Im still waiting for them to cancel the line, while they are still continuing to send invoices. Called them 5 times to follow up, each time Im told that someone will phone me back, no one ever does. Ive also sent them multiple whatsapp messages and as with the phone calls Im always told someone will phone me back regarding the cancelation. Not even a Facebook post regarding their shockingly bad service seems to bother them - anyone thinking of joining them - STAY AWAY!!
