STAY AWAY ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY

STAY AWAY GUYS, they made it very clear that is a month to month subscription, so after my first month the 5g was not working correctly so I cancelled it. I contacted them 2 months ago to come and collect the router and they only came on the start of February to come and collect it. And they made it very clear to me that they will only charge December as I was still using it and after that nothing else will be charge and they will organise a pickup for the pickup on their side.

NOW they want to charge me for collection feel and ClawBack fees a total of R650. What is this nonsense. Made it very clear that I don’t have to pay anything and now they want to charge me a surprise fee? Not all people has budget for this nonsense for them taking our money. Stay away from them all they want is money. This company is so disappointing carrying the name of MTN
