Sonic herotel is Manipulative *****

This is a service provider no one should even think about considering... They first ******* me into a contract saying it is a month to month. YET IT IS NOT. They will suspend your service and still charge you the monthly fee. I thought by taking the most expensive package will give our family the best service it’s even worse. The people you get on line treats you like **** as if they doing you a favour. That’s if you get hold of them. The technicians I must say they were okay, they tried at-least. But the rest don’t know customer service. I pay R714 for a 5meg line yes a 5meg line how pathetic and no one is the to advise better although they have other packages. Now at this moment I can’t even send a video on Whatsup. Every weekend the service is down and we have a smart tv and wireless devices and I work from home now just imagine the implications.
