This ISP is a total **** and useless. Canceled my services with SS and payed for cancelation fee and the rouet, noe after 6 monthes, I owe them R11 000 lm getting calls from debt collectors ext. Tried to call them to find out ehats going on because I have no accoumts with this useless team. Cant give me any answers and keep calling me about this so called outstanding amount that I WILL NOT PAY. They dont care about their customers non the less have useless staff. I advise you to stay far away from SS as possible.
