Something is just not right when paying for 100mb line and waiting 30seconds for a facebook page to load.

Again, we've been paying and not had the speeds and spent hundreds on support calls

Really be great to get a month credit whilst the issue is resolved

Maybe the issue also relates to international bandwidth? As we mostly work Google Youtube Facebook and it's all slow

I get better access with the same devices at internet cafe's on 10mb connections

Still an issue I'm testing to non SA servers and mostly work with non SA servers not getting near 100mb at all - still battling most of the time

I'm running tests very 30min now and mixing having one or multiple devices connected

The short story is we are not getting what we are paying for? What is Supersonic will to do about this? To me it makes sense to give a free month that we test and hopefully resolve - we have spent way more Rands than a free month on support issues

Thank you so I seem to be getting some technical response hopefeully it leads somewhere.

In the meantime where are we as far as a month credit while getting resolve. As per record you should see that over the past months the speed issue has been varified so it's been a while now and when fixed it only lasts a short while.

So over and above the calls made to support , the time I've spent on support is in the thousands of rands of my time and time lost on slow internet.
