Some companies lost billions because of such practices

Hey guys , you know Supersonic is promoting ********* business practices , I installed their Vuma fibre for less than a year at a cost of R399 but now when I try to pay this month installment ,the online tool I am using says I must pay R 499 , I then contacted the agent who completed the deal with me who then answered that prices have increased ,then I asked myself why I'm not notified in time about the increases , just now when I call their number their answering machine gives me options to choose until I reached the account quire's section thereafter when I am supposed to talk to next available agent the machine says they are experiencing a technical error . Something is not correct with this company , this is another way of ripping customers
