So Called Superstars.....

since friday 5th June till today i was unable to reach anyone at supersonic ,via phone ,whatsapp group/number not functional , sent emails to *** , *** they dont even respond .I was forced to move to them , as i was a Nepic client and Nepic clienbase was sold to them.No idea why this happened now we as Nepic clients have to sit with an ISP who has no service.How can you buy over another company's client base if you can't handle it or support it.I think i'm going to lodge a complaint directly with MTN, the consumer protection act is there for a reason.
