So aboud two weeks ago i wrote a review of good service but the folllow through was terrible with regards to installation we were told by the project manager last week tuesdsy morning they will come to install no one came we phoned he said hell get back to us he didn't we phoned again then he said saterday they came but only took pics then said Sunday morning we waited they only came at 3pm spend 3hrs plus no result said they will come back monday arround 1 they never did when we asked they said on there way but at 6 they told us management told them not to come then they said next day by 1 again we had to follow up and beg they came at 5 when they said 1 they go signal but not strong then said will be here next day by 10 again had to follow up at 11 they said on there way but only got to us at 6pm so we not important as customers priority is be back early and resolve why leave us for last minute and see to other clients
