Slow speed line not up to standard .Supersonic

Good day all please do not get yourself a supersonic fibre contract the service is not good very bad I pay for 240 /120 line R900 per month last 3weeks my line is 94/94 report this problem to them but they will give you the run around but dont fix your problem

After 3 weeks they will send you technichian but he also cant sort your problem he says it is supersonic site where the problem is rooter prob . Line is still not fixed you use all your airtime to to speak to them but.they are useless to assist you .

Line is not according to speed you pay but they will not give you credit ??

Really been with supersonic for 3 months the service is not good for me I wish I can cancel but they charge you R800 penalty fee. So I am asking supersonic management for assistants please fix my fibre line to the correct speed I pay for ..
