Slow speed bad call Centre operations

Signed up for Supersonic LtE in January 2020 and was pleased with the speed. About 2 weeks ago started to experience slow speed levels and it has not got better. Tried calling the call Centre and never able to connect to an agent. Been caller 7 in the queue and got to first and waited forever. Eventually hung up. Will never use Supersonic
