Simple issues dragging on for months

The most horrible customer service experience, for what should be a simple issue. Management does not take responsibility for issues and unnecessarily drags simple issues forever. However billing is always on time. Another issue in dealing with this company for the past few years is that senior management is never available. They certainly make a customer not feel valued. They will bleed customers if this is their approach to customer service. Kathlego shared his number but does not attend or at least see matters through timeously.
