App**** for a sim replacement on the 2st of August after i decided to keep them after the cancelation so far regretting my choice to do so

have no heard back from them after getting a case number and phoning them is a waste of time as you on hold for over 50 mins every time ...

do not even have comment's anymore for this pathetic service you receive from them

as of this stage i till do not know what is happing with this request they ignore you on twitter direct message you phone them they say its at the pm after you wasted more than an hour or the phone and still you end with nothing

so can anyone ell me what the hell is going on ?
