Sh*t services from the accounts department

Thank you for your Sh*t service , i paid R900 for three months , and then last month i asked how much should i pay because the agreement was for three months. Then i got a statement that said i need to pay R1400 and my subscription was suspended. Before paying i sent a message and opened a ticket SST663332 -up to know no feed back how can you go and suspend my ticket asking me to pay R1400. The service is really poor and if you don't call me because i cant spend another 1 hour on a call again , then ill cancel your subscription and i wont pay you a cent.
