Short lived service with supersonic

I ve been without network connection since 11th July. Today a very kind And professional gentleman phoned me to sort out the problem. Finally connection restored, but short lived. 2hours later everything disconnected and no service again. Attempt to contact the call center on 4 occasions holding on for over 20min and via whatsapp proved futile. Best way to waste R1000 on wifi service for the month not to mention additional airtime and data packages I had to purchase to be able to do my work
