Shockingly poor service - STAY AWAY!

Don’t even bother wasting your time and money on this service provider. Absolutely shockingly poor service. I wish I could give them a negative rating! They seem to be understaffed and the staff that is there are poorly trained or they are under paid or simply just don’t care or all of the above.

We were only with them for 1 month but the internet drops frequently which won’t work for us my partner and I work from home and it’s so embarrassing when you are on a virtual meeting call and then the internet just drops. When we call to find a solution to the problem the staff are not helpful at all and we just ended up wasting our call minutes and between half an hour to 45 minutes of our time

We then decided to cancel our month to month contract and it is ridiculous that we have to pay a cancellation fee. We only cancelling because of the incompetence. The service provider we chose to replace them with are even more expensive so we not even going with a cheaper service provider.
