Shockingly bad service!!!!
Fibre connection has been off since 07/07/2020 at 10:30. Called logged at call center with reference ISP-183670. Called today to follow up and was told that issue has been resolved, with no reason given. Absolutely shocking service and given that we need to work from home, this is costing time and money!!!
