Shocking service - Supersonic should not be in business.

I have been on hold with Supersonic for over 5 hrs to sort out their mistake, I have lost 5 business days while trying to get them to fix their mistake. Ifyou are serious about business then dont use supersonic, their customer service, finance and billing departments do not care about their customers.
