DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER, we sent them notice of change of banking details that they did not acknowledge until six months later, in which that time we cancelled the service they did not acknowledge that either. When we phoned and asked to speak to the supervisor or manager they would not put us through. Then we had a huge debit order come off our account, Supersonic do not follow through with client requests and problems and do what they want when they want.
