Shocking service from Supersonic

This company has failed to provide wifi for almost a week. I have been in contact with them daily to try and resolve the issue without success. At times you wait for up to 6 hours for their call centre to respond. Nobody has had a solution and they merely apologize for the inconvenience and get told that there is nothing more they can do to assist. I was left with no option but to cancel my subscription. They still insist that, despite them not providing me with the service, I pay for an extra month. I accordingly strongly advise that prospective customers choose another service provider.
