Shocking Service again and again

I have never come across a Service provider that is this bad. Every month we have issue it takes more than an hour of holding and doing the same thing if there is an outage before they know there is an outage. Dont communicate and give updates on when service will be restored each time you have to phone and be on hold for an excess of 30 minutes. It is as if they dont want our business.
