Shocking pathetic *********** service

My internet has been down since 09/10/2020 I have called +-30 times The service is pathetic, every time i call i get a different excuse why the internet is not working They keep saying they will sort it out and they will call back - this is a big fat lie They never call back and they never get the internet back online This is by far the worst service provider in South Africa I am really shocked by how bad the service is . *********** is not a strong enough word for how bad they are They are not even worth the single star !!!!!!!! It should be a -5 star rating
