Shocking, non-existent service from Supersonic who happily continue to debit my account!

Supersonic's appalling or non-existent service is beyond belief! They simply refuse to acknowledge serious complaints, refuse to respond to emails and continue debiting money for non-existent service! I have just spoken to one of their service consultants, Banele, who also said it was not possible to assist us immediately but will try and get back to me in the next couple of days, once she had managed to talk to one of her colleagues!! Outrageous!
