SHOCKING LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Shocking customer service! Have been calling their customer centre since 21 Dec to speak to their technical team. Every time I get through to them they say they can't hear me although they reply to my question Can you hear me! They then cut the call!!! We have 6 accounts with them. There is absolutely zero customer back up.
