Shocking customer service.

Appalling customer service from Supersonic. Phoned them last night and got through after a long wait. Was told they sorted my internet connection their side and just had to reboot my decoder. Internet still not working. Phoned again this morning and was told my internet would be restored again after a twenty minute wait. After one hour my connection was still not working. Gave up after phoning again to be told I would be put on hold again. If you use the call back function they do not call back.
