SHOCKING BILLING

For the second time I am complaining about your billing. I want to know why for the second time I am being threatened with suspension. I pay my account no later by the 22nd. The payment is supposed to be instant, yet after 2 weeks my payment has not been allocated. What exactly is the problem. I want this dealt with. Totally unacceptable.
