Shocking all round service and terrible data speeds

Shocking service with no ability to reach technical team tonight. Data speeds at below 5mb when I pay for a 50mb line. I have called technical team twice already last week and they provide no resolution to the issue. The installation was shocking as the onsite technician could not install router the first time round - apparently he did not know how to set up there own product.
