Shame on Supersonic

It been more that a week that I'm sitting without fiber in my home,I've tried all avenues that's provided by supersonic there's no response no customer service at all you can't sent proof of payment as the email, whatsapp or any form of contact from theirs side is not working Bad service ever!!!
