**** service!!!! Not people friendly!

After using their service for years and being a happy customer, that turned into disappointment and a lot of stress over the passed few days. I was sent the wrong person's payment link on Sunday by an agent called Lehlohonolo, was advised it will be moved over to mine by Vumatel... Just to end up getting told that they will refund me after I have spoken to the supervisor called Edith who advised she will contact Vumatel. It has been 4 days since my line is disconnected. It has been a massive inconvenience to me and my family. I had to give out over 200 just to get into contact with your offices. On hold for 30 minutes every time I can, if the agent doesn't disconnect the call they placed me on hold for another 20 minutes!!!! What **** service is this? If your agent did his job right, this would not have happened! It's school holidays and the kids needs to use data which is an extra cost given but I paid??? I do not want a refund, I want you to have my line connected asap.
