Useless **** company with *********** staff that do not know what the meaning of customer service is. Waiting two months for fibre. They send the technician out with the router and the fiber hasn’t been brought in. They have been promising to sort this out for weeks now. Today I check and the first thing the lady says I. Whatsapp is “do you know that there is a cost for the router” no feedback regarding progress as per the question I’ve asked. Unbelievable. Fire that *********** staff member. Why are you such a useless company and spoiling my first fiber experience.
