Service From Hell

Im beyond frustration with the service given by Supersonic and Vuma, Ive been without fiber from Monday and Im not getting any joy from both companies. Calling their call center is a waste of time. Their agents don't know how to treat customers, we are paying for a service and we are being treated like hooligans, the is no sense of urgency, no empathy, its such a nightmare.

Whoever thats wants fiber, I would advise that you dont go for Vuma and Supersonic they are the worse. I'm fairly a new customer as I've had the service from Sept 2024 however I'm already feeling this way.

I'm warning everyone out there DO NOT have any dealings with Supersonic and Vuma or you will always be frustrated!!! They are really pathetic.
