Service from good to terrible

We're constantly experiencing technical problems with our connection, and it is completely unacceptable to not have a way to contact the service department. You can only call their call centre and inevitably you're number 30 or 50 in the queue, and their WhatsApp number that had humans before is only now manned by a bot that tells you to contact the call centre. We signed up for a 50/50 download/upload line, but now get 90/3 and the network is unstable. Appalling service!
