Service failure

One of your clients have been trying to get in contact with you since 02/07/2024 via e-mail and the the call centre to move her line. I eventually sent a message on FB messanger yesterday and got a response from Patricia this morning. All I asked her was to please contact your client but she refused. Instead she suggested we contact the call centre as she, and I quote, "we assist on this platform". I tried to explain that the client is not with me and that the client also is not tech savvy to access the portal. I gave up with Patricia and said I would seek assistance for the client on this platform instead. Perhaps here I would get a more service orientated response? Once I mentioned Hello Peter, suddenly she offered to contact the client. Not sure yet if that actually happened as yet as mails dating back to 02/072024 still haven't been responded to. I feel truly sad for this client (and myself) receiving such dismal service. Very happy though that I am not one of your clients. I believe this client has now cancelled her line. Great work!
