SERVICE CANCELLED BUT STILL HAVE A DEBIT ORDER COMING OFF

cancellation notice was submitted 1 november 2022 to be effective 30 november 2022. however that was not the case, supersonic has been continuing with the debit orders for almost a year now. this has been the worst service we as a company have ever received. we have emailed and emailed and emailed along with endless calls, only to get zero success. why is this?
