Seriously - you are off during load shedding?! Come on!

Supersonic provides internet fibre services in Parkmore (amongst other areas). Despite us having solutions in place to keep on operating during load shedding, Supersonic's hub goes down during load shedding. Surely it is not asking for too much to have a UPS in place to continue your infrastructure during these expected power interruptions?

Many of your competitors have measures in place to continue operations during load shedding. I really expected more and will move as soon as there are competing service offerings in our area.
