Seems like nobody works there anymore...

I was a Supersonic customer, way back in 2019... To this day, 5 years later, I STILL get service delivery status update messages from them. Many of which are for areas nowhere near where I have lived.

I have sent numerous requests for them to remove me from their mailing lists, none of which ever get resolved. These days their support email address sends an automated response that states "this email is not monitored" and a request to contact them via WhatsApp instead. But apparently they don't even monitor that, because a week later, my messages have still not even been read.
