Seems impossible to cancel fibre subscriptions

S I have cancelled my contract on the 9th of June 2021. Supersonic sent through an e-mail notifying me that I would be contacted regarding this cancellation. No contact has been received as yet, and reading reviews, this could be a risk for me going forward.
