Second post still the same issues!!!!!
Today, Marks the 30th day with supersonic, every minute has been frustrating, terrible assistance with the call centre no Feedback on my Billing, no technician to help me out, no update even on hellopeter since this my second post,
This people take your money, and dont care what happens after, 30 days i have internet speeds of 0.5mbps when i am on the 20mbs plan, i cant cancel and i cant get this sorted, because this company does not know what they are doing,
PLEASE REFUND ME AND CANCEL MY DAMN LINE!!!
