Second line team - great support

I had such a good experience today with Supersonic. After many many months of me complaining about my Wi-Fi speed being extremely slow it finally got sorted out by Prince, one of the technicians. He was determined to sort out the issue and even called me, which has never happened before. Lots of your customer service staff can learn a thing or two from Prince. Thanks again Prince for sorting out my issue.
