I have been fighting for a refund for over a month and have been sent from pillar to post. I have posted reviews here and they make it seem like they are attending to clients with their quick responses, and that is all they do and ignore you after that. I have been very unfortunate unfortunate to get replies from the same Nonhlanhla who is just as useless as everyone who I have encountered while trying to resolve this. All their agents are just as appalling as the service received from the company. Juan is supposed to be the project manager in charge of my account, he is just as useless, since he is nowhere to be found. Then there is a Joshua Chinniah, who has stopped responding to my emails!!! Call Centre agents and those on WhatsApp chat are just as useless and offer the same generic response “the matter has been escalated”. I am going to make it my mission to make people aware of this **** of a business and regret ever signing up with them.
