I understand now, i get it, your just people who are terrible at their jobs. Who aren't being managed effectively. ******** people out of money your accounts department is a mess. your call centres need to be managed and repaired and derived of the toxic people that are there. you have the worst rating of any service provider and I'm sad that it took me this long to finally give up on you. please close my account down thanks and Supersonic you guys should get an award for Ruining lives and peoples general happiness.

Ps the 18 minutes wait to have the phone put down on me and then called back to wait an additional 22 minutes on hold then call dropped shows me how much your company is in need of desperate help to get itself on track. should you ever need someone to actually filter the toxic environment for you give me a call but if not please make sure that you remove me from your database.
