********!!!

I placed an order for 2 devices on the 3rd of August, which were later cancelled by Supersonic and I have been waiting for my refund since then!!! I have written over 5 reviews already and hope that every review that I post will help people see the ****** that supersonic are and how horrible their service is and will keep on posting until I get my refund!!!! They are now ignoring my emails and when I call, I get told the same thing over and over again "my issue has been escalated"> Juan has disappeared and Nokuthula took responsibility for ignoring my reviews and promised to give me feedback and she has not, am still waiting. It is now almost 2 months since this happened and there is clearly no intention from them to refund my money!!!!
