I am convinced this company is running nothing but a ****, I tried to place a order for FLTE on the 27th of October, you have to jump through multiple hoops before you can place the order one of the loops is that you need to pay R999.00 deposit, I paid the deposit, now the challenge get real, you suppose to register then it will send you a OTP, try as I might I could not get the OTP, when at last something came through, the OTP said undefined, which is useless

Next I tried their whatsapp line for assistance, again multiple hoops and stuff you have to go through, at the end I tried to speak to an actual person, this was even worse, you get the distinct impression they do not want to speak to people, when at last I got hold of an actual person, I was told it is a engineering problem, goodbye

I proceeded to cancel my order and requested a refund of the R999.00. to date all I get, it has been escalated etc etc, month and half later, no response, my next steps is to lay a ******** ***** case and take them to the small claims.
