Save yourself, don't sign up with Supersonic

Friendly advise, dont do this to yourself. I have been fighting for close to two years. Cancelled in march (not owing) and got a notification in August saying account has been handed over. Till date, they don't know what is causing this. One lady even said that I wanted to use the service for free 😞and later realised that the payment that she was referring to was up-to-date but proceeded to offend and not even an apology. Everyone is rude. I am yet to meet a friendly consultant. The friendliest person I spoke to was the person who convinced me to sign with Supersonic, I truly dont wish nice things for her after a horrible 2 years with supersonic. Worse, no one cares, you are simply a complainant in the midst of complaints, no one is even worried about being friendly.
