Same story- lost for words - hopeless

I wish I can attach my calls my emails and the WhatsApp’s - they are absolutely useless worse than the government. I have never felt so helpless in my life. I have sent proof of payment since 2019 but still they can’t update an invoice that was paid the month it was supposed to be paid. I paid you said I Didn’t pay, I sent proof for 4 years you don’t update the statement now even your own legal team sees your incompetence. I escalate it everyday in WhatsApp consultant after consultant telling me the same thing. - todays version of the same version is Jabulile. Your employees don’t care they don’t read. When you call they drop the line. No Service why do you ou your staff??? AI can do a better job. WORSE THAN THE GOVERNMENT DONT USE SUPERSONIC.- something funny- while I speak to the consultant this is the response -We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
