Sad Supersonic

Relocation process has been a nightmare to stay with Supersonic which has been super slow. Been updating them consistently about my matter and nothing has been resolved at all. Called and getting promises of getting called back still nothing. Had investigation upon investigation about my new residence with every time a different story is being told and no resolution. I even phoned Vumatel which someone from Supersonic said they going to do and even get a manger to resolve the matter. Plus Vumatel has just told me that there is no new order for my current address being Falls Creek 993 and not Pontenilo Complex. Once again Supersonic this is a painful process causing great inconvenience.
