called again with regards to my money tht need to be refunded as i never returned a call as promised several times - managers dont call back and everyday in meeting whrn i call -was promised once again will get a call back like i ws promised - this all started on 17.11.2020 i was given wrong process to follow when purchasing a voucher by 2 agents - after i spoke to the 3rf agent was told i shouldnt have paid STD BANK acc that was given and i need to purchase voucher at easy pay and will log refund - up until today im waiting on my refund everyitime when i call im told it processed but money dnt appear - my details are taken and promised call backs from managers that never take place I need to use my artime and time everytime to call cause clearly if i dont i wont get my money thats mine i need to be disadvantaged because of incompetence from Supersonic side
