The billing for Supersonic is to rip customers off. I have an outstanding balance of R1900 that I have non idea what happened where I have been paying every month where I was informed that my contact would be a month to month basis. Firstly their credit control team does know what the hell their doing. They cannot recognize that I was paying a month which is dependent on when I get paid, Certain months I get invoiced for my top ups that I have and I have to pay again and for the month of March 2023 I got invoiced R600 three times. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN I make additional payments but my balance keeps increasing monthly. It does not make sense I logged this via twitter and someone was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting. Supersonic is ripping me off!!!! April I was invoiced three times again for someone needs to investigate because there is nooooo way my account is right.
