Supersonic Super Sucks! It must surely be the worst ISP in the country. I cant even given them 1 Star. Nobody at the call center is able to assist us. Next level Technicians are also not able to assist us. Nobody calls us back. The last so called Technical Manager I spoke to even gave me a bogus email address. This is now week 6 and Supersonic is unable to rectify the problem. We have no service from 5pm in the afternoon. When somebody comes to work the next morning they turn us back on - anytime from 8.30am to 11am in the morning. We might be lucky enough to have a constant service for 4 - 5 hours a day. It seems nobody is accountable anymore. I can't even cancel the service. They have the Gaul to take my money at the end of the month.
