Ryan at Supersonic is a STAR!

Although, in general, my experience of the billing system and the call centre at Supersonic is quite low (one or two stars only), I did have a very pleasant and surprising 4 star rating experience this morning from Ryan when he called me to assist with resolving a technical issue relating to my outgoing emails. He resolved the matter within less than 30 minutes - and deserves a 5 star, if it was not for the call centre being a bit slow to refer it. Thank you very much Ryan - well done!
